i would like to know if it is possible that someone appears offline on one account while they are chatting (online) without blocking me.i have a friend who suddenly stopped chatting and her display name returned to email but i discovered that she is comes online ,i added her to another account and found her online with same display name .could something happened that makes her appear off line on my account .or is that not logical and she is simply blocking me

Sounds like she's just setting her online status to "hidden" (or whatever it is for MSN).

It is a program for msn. It has all sorts of features like being able to talk while appearing offline, or the ability to choose what people you want to see you online, and what people you don't want to see you online. Your friend may have one of your accounts "blocked". Perhaps she forgot about your other account? I dunno'!
