Are you normal?

how normal can i be ...3:15am and taking a stupid polling question on a forum...geeeeeeez

The classical philosopical question: What is actually normal?

I don't know what normal means, so I use the word's balance or virtue in it's place.
Am I balanced/virtuous? Sometimes I am and sometimes I'm not.

I didn't take the poll, I didn't feel as though it were applicable towards my way of thinking.

I deviate from the norm too much to be normal.

Abnormal Psych was one of my favorite classes in college. Schizos were fun, and I used to like reading the case studies in the textbook. "Guy only is sexually aroused when having sex with his wife, he puts pins in her back, cuts her hair and punces her. Guy then feels ashamed after." Can you make that up?
Or the case about the guy who can't have normal sexual relations, because he doens't get turned on. Only way he's turned on is by paying prostitutes to beat him with a rolled up newspaper while he masturbates. They found out it was because when he was a little boy, he saw his dad beat his older brother with a rolled up newspaper. Great stuff.

Anyway, am I normal? It's a well known fact that people in general are f'd up, so absolutely.

I'm pretty sure that abnormal psych was invented by high-functioning mental patients.

For me, it was a required class. (No sh!t... needed if you're a psycho major.)
