I am a teenage female looking for a monologue. I can only audition for the daughters in the play and I cannot find a good monologue to read. I need one ASAP!! Please help me Wink

I believe you want one of the times when any of the three elder daughters argue with Tevye about their choice of mate. Hence it's either Tzeitel about Mottel (probably the longest one; I can't recall if there's a song with this one), Hodl about ack I've forgotten his name but he's the political dissident, or Chava about Fierka.

As far as monologues, I'm at a loss.
