It's not just one chemical, it's a blend, Di sodium di phosphate (di sodium pyrophosphate), Tri sodium di phosphate, Tetra sodium pyrophosphate, Tetra potassium pyrophosphate, Calcium di hydrogen di phosphate, Sodium carbonate, Sodium hydrogen carbonate and Sodium sesquicarbonate.

Without looking, Sodium bicarbonate came to mind. I know that is something so I will go look now.
