Many if not all online drugs are not made up to the standard of the ones you get at the drug store. Some have additives that are not safe, and you have no way of knowing which ones or what substances these are.

I think that it is according to WHERE you buy it. If you stick with reputable companies like drugstore.com, I don't think that there will be a problem. If you go to some cockamamie website, you have no idea as to what you are getting.
