@tanguatlay,
If it makes you feel better, it happens to me also.

On the longer threads, clicking on new posts takes me back many pages that I have already read.

We should let the IT people know.

@tanguatlay,
In the lower right corner of every screen, there is a Contact Us option. I tried it a few weeks ago with no result. Maybe they will listen to you.

Mine has no such option. I think the option is for moderators only. But I'm using my mobile now. Maybe available to me on my desktop computer.

@tanguatlay,
It's probably the mobile. 'Contact Us' is available to all.

Thanks, roger.

I'm back home. I'm using my desktop computer right now. There is no 'Contact Us' option on the lower right corner of the screen. Only 'Reply' button seen on the lower left corner of the screen. I wonder why.

@tanguatlay,

there is apparently a bug in the read tracking software.

every time you log out and log back in again, the software "unreads" your posts and topics.

one way around it is to stay logged in...

@tanguatlay,

the Contact Us link is located in the lower right corner of every page.

i don't think you are scrolling down enough...

@Region Philbis,
Thanks, Region.

My account is always logged in. Despite that, I encounter this NEW problem.

@Region Philbis,
I'm seeing it on New Posts, especially when I am the most recent poster. The only way I can clear it is to click myself as the last poster. Then, it no longer shows up as a New Post.

G'night Region.

@Region Philbis,
Maybe an exorcism is in order. There's plenty here who claim to speak for God, let one of them do it.

@izzythepush,
Hi everybody,

Any idea whether the IT team has read our exchanges. So far, they have done nothing to rectify the problem.

@tanguatlay,
Are you sure there is an IT team?

I think so because when it comes to problems like this, the Info Technology team members are the best persons. If there is no such team in Able2know, the people concerned should be informed. I have no Contact Us option on my screen. Therefore, I would appreciate it if one of our members who has such an option, informs them.

@tanguatlay,
Tang it's interesting indeed you should so inquire 'cuz I had precisely the same reaction. Apparently it's okay and normal once you get used to it, but yet it somehow makes me too feel somewhat uncomfortable

I apologize to dalehileman for lambasting him for not knowing how to use the refresh button.

It's quite peculiar that I, with my miserable old iMac desktop, circa 2005, an almost complete pos that I'm still fond of since I know its foibles well, and by now pretty much know what to do about them, have no problem refreshing the New Page pages, which for me, gets rid of the Reds that I've read, and gets rid of them completely. Knock on Wood.
