Recently I found out by walking into the bathroom that my partner showers naked with his 6 year old daughter. He thinks this is normal and I was wondering if this is maybe just me? Or is this a concern? Also wondering when the right age for father/daughter showers should stop?
I'd say it's time to break up that scene.
Dad can say, "Now you are becoming a young lady and it's time for you to have your privacy."
Is he raising her? What does the ex say about this?
Not normal, but based on your description I think it is probably innocent. You should definitely put a stop to it though.
@PUNKEY,
I'm not sure what the mother's perspective is. They share 50/50 custody.
Thank you for the advice!
@oralloy,

It's none of her business.
@Olivier5,
I think it is normal, pre puberty. I could go on about this, but won't.
@Olivier5,
In my house. It is my business. The fact you would shower naked with a 12 year old girl is something I think you need to check in with. You sound like a predator.
@Girlwithaquestion,
12 years is way too late. i stopped bathing with my daughter when she was 9 or so.
Fine, if it's in your house you have some ground to complain. But don't see evil where there's none. You sound like a judgemental freak to me.
My niece's father used to take baths with her when she was five. He molested her.
Now, she is a 25 year old drug addict with all sorts of mental problems.
She is on disability.
My answer is, never. Sick, sick, sick, imo.
