Should it be 'take' and should 'card' be capitalised?

Please bring your existing Senior Citizen Concession Card to the Ticket Office to transfer the remaining value to your new card.

1. Should it be 'take' instead?
2. Is it necessary to capitalise 'card'?

Thanks.

The capitalisation is optional. Follow the usage of the official issuer. Singapore Gov web site does this:

Senior Citizen concession card

It could be either. The staff at the Ticket Office (the capitalisation suggests there is only one such ticket office) can legitimately write "bring your card to us [here at the Ticket Office].". Alternatively they could write "Take your card 9from wherever you are] to us at the Ticket Office."

Depends Tang on where you happen to be at the time

Other: To transfer its remaining value please bring your existing Senior Citizen Concession Card to the Ticket Office

Again context. Suppose for instance that 'Card' is part of its title, then yes most certainly
