So I want to send a letter to USA and I don't know the format. I've checked on google and there are some sites which have a 4 line format and others which have a 5 line format. I don't know which one's the right one.
Here's a sample address if anyone can arrange it in the right order for international mail to USA.
Mr. Sam Jacob, House Number - 643, Apex Avenue, Green Park, NY 11413, United States of America

Are you sure? It's a very important mail and if it gets lost, I wouldn't know what to do.

Yes, I am sure. I have been addressing envelopes to US residents for over 50 years.

If it is very important why not send it as registred mail?
