My temple has a goal every year in the number of people we want to convert to our religion. This year we want to convert 200 people.

How should it be expressed?

Our goal/target this year is 200 (people).

1. Should it be "goal" or "target"?
2. Is "people" needed? Or just the number?

Either is OK

2. Is "people" needed? Or just the number?
Just the number is OK.
