Can I say "The sales of the credit card company are expected to grow by 10% every year."?

Is the highlighted period necessary?

Thanks.

If it's professional, no it shouldn't be highlighted. The only time you would do that is to stress the punctuation but usually only exclamation marks get bolded.

Is the highlighted period necessary? I mean: is the period after 'year' necessary?
