Federal Government Revenue Distribution

I believe in recent years, the federal (and New York State) have received billions of dollars in fines from bank and other corporations based on wrongdoing by those organizations.

Is there a place where I an see the trend line over time of the percentage of the government's revenue from these imposed penalties?
