I am struggling with my Bioinformatics Assignment because it is to be submitted within few days, so what is the best way to get it done before time ?

Start doing it and then don't stop until you finish it. You know, like someone who doesn't cheat.
Review the chapters of the book you were suppose to read over the last 3 months. Review your notes.

I'd suggest you speak to a counsellor at your school/college about how to improve your work/study/prep habits.
