Not a Problem. However, we never intended to lose touch. At the 4th week of August, we were back at the lake. We weren't back in Manhattan since then.

Once we got back to her house upstate after Laabor Day, things got a bit more hectic. We shopped for and bought a small house in Sarasota and became snowbirds. Our primary residence will be FL, avoiding NY f/t residency taxes.

We're thrilled to now have warmer weather living choices. Love having a garden all around and year-round. We hired a mover and moved some of the lake home's furniture into our new place starting Oct. 17. Fortunately, I already had some of my furniture in my own place in Sarasota so the move was a tale asier.

(oops)..was a tad easier.

I gave up my apartment in Sarasota. JB, our dog, is being taken care of by a fantastic trainer/dogsitter while were away vacationing in the far away So. Pacific.
