The potential buyers of your flat are sincere and ready to commit with a good budget should your flat is suitable.
The writer is saying that the potential flat buyers are willing a high price should they find the flat suitable. But I don't think the sentence is OK.
How should the sentence be rephrased? Thanks.
@tanguatlay,
The potential buyers of your flat, Tang, are sincere and ready to commit with a good offer should your flat prove suitable to their purposes. However, I understand they intend to raise cats and dogs on that new carpet....
The potential buyers of your flat are sincere and ready to make a generous offer, subject to your flat being suitable.
@dalehileman,
I assure you, Tang, the potential buyers of your flat are sincere and ready to commit with a
good generous offer should
your flat it prove suitable to their purposes
Thanks, PUNK
