need help with song title from early to mid 90's

the song genre is rock/country. The first couple of lines go- "Doctor can you check my vision, tell me if I'm going blind, take a good look inside my head, cuz I think I might be losing my mind." "Tell me if I'm going crazy, tie me up and lock me away." "No need to put me under, cause I'm already under a spell, the only thing that I wonder, is if I did it all by myself."

I've searched over 300 songs that might have the title- "Dream, dreaming, or must have been dreaming." No luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
