I have a crush with a girl who is on my bus. We don't talk that much on the bus but we talk regularly over text. I want to give her a Christmas card with some money in but I also want the text in it to give a hint that i want to go out with her. Please could I have any suggestions. Thanks.

Once you spend more real-life time with her, you might develop a friendship where gift-giving is appropriate.

Just give her a card with a note in it that says, "I'd love to take you out for lunch"

"She is 16" How would WE ever know that?
