I was rocking out to The Darkness today, and realized if it wasn't for Queen, that band would not exist. I pulled out a bunch of Queen CDs. For my money, 'Sheer Heart Attack' was the best. Share your Queen stories. Sadly, I never had the chance to see them live.
Mercury Report
My only Queen related story is that in 6th grade i had to do a report on the planet Mercury, and having put it off untill the last minute I made a quick job of it and wrote down everything I knew about Freddy Mercury, expecting to fail either way. My teacher as it would turn out was a HUGE Queen fan and even knew their guitarist Brian May, so he gave me a gratious C-. Needless to say I was thrilled and the experience only strengthened my respect for Queen.

My dog Bird's special family song is sung to the tune of "We Will Rock You".
Maybe it was always hearing us sing that song to Bird that made Mo such a huge Queen nut. I was never a big Queen fan but since I've begun to listen to them so much I have really come to appreciate what powerful talents they had.
