The magnificent sequoia, the world's biggest tree.

Holy crap. Wow.

Proper thinking adults would borrow a child, dress her as an angel and set her at the top of the tree before taking the photograph.

My wife and I had the opportunity to spend a few days in Yosemite National Park this year, and we enjoyed the sequoias, granite mountains and waterfall.
We also visited Ahwahnee (now called Majestic) Hotel, and had lunch there.
The ambiance is one of a kind.

We also enjoyed the train ride from Stockton to Modesto.

I want one in my yard! I can wait 3,000 years.

Y'all know I have gone on and on about the drive from San Francisco up to Eureka/Arcata via highway 101.The forest is wonderful. Bring cds if you like music in your forest.
