Whos the orginal artist that sang "I like the way you move"?

Im almost positive that Outkasts' "I like the way you move" is a cover off another artists song, because the trumpets are a reminder of somethign I used to know, but I was so young, I cant remember the name of either the song or the artist who might have sang it. Anyone got any clues to help me out???
