What Sickness Can be an Obstacle If We Chant Sincerely?

The above is a headline for an article in a magazine. I wonder if it is punctuated correctly. Should be be in upper case and if in lower case?

Thank you.

Capitalize the first word of the title, the last word of the title, and all nouns, pronouns, verbs, adverbs, adjectives, subordinating conjunctions. Prepositions are only capitalized if they are used adjectivally or adverbially.

What: first word; capitalize (functions as adjective modifying 'sickness' so capitalize elsewhere also)
Sickness: noun; capitalize
Can: verb; capitalize
Be: verb; capitalize
an: article; lower case
Obstacle: noun; capitalize
If: subordinating conjunction; capitalize
We: pronoun; capitalize
Chant: verb: capitalize
Sincerely: last word; capitalize (adverb; capitalize elsewhere)

You can Google this stuff; there are various 'rules'. One site I saw says also capitalize all words 4 letters long or more.

It's a phrase: not at all (a polite saying after being thanked)
