My ISP dial-up number keeps being changed - please help

My usual ISP telephone number is a freephone number. However now when I try to connect to the internet my modem tries to dial an international number. I can change my connection settings back to their original state and this seems to work for a while but invariably the problem recurs.

I read the "Spyware, Browser Hijacks, or other Yuckware? Check here 1st" entry posted by timberlandko and followed the instructions but this does not seem to have made any difference.

Here's my HJT log:

Any ideas? Anyone?
Thanks

NB
Not sure if this is relevant but when I run Spybot I get the following result. If I try to fix it and then run Spybot again this result still comes up.

Hi r999 and welcome to A2K

Please go Here and run the removal tool for blaster worm,
After you have done that Check SpyBot and Ad-aware for updates, Next reboot to safe mode and run both programs,
Restart your computer and scan with Ad-aware and spybot again,

The exploits your seeing with spybot are a glich I thought would have been fixed by no need to woory about it,

After you have done the above post back a fresh HJT log please,

rmcdonald If you could start a new thread and post a HJT log please

Fixed.
Thanks Don.

However, I got it fixed before I read your message just my downloading and installing service pack 2 for XP. It seemed to fix automatically after service pack 2 was installed.
