My asus p4vp-mx motherboard turns on normally without a USB gaming mouse.and shut off directly to the power cord.,then the next day I pulled out the ide HDD and insert another one and a gaming mouse then when I turned it on theres no display at all. Then I shut off again directly. The the next turn on. It automatically turned on then theres no display at all can any help me to fix it.

Still the same.., can it be the USB power jumper or the bios.
