Which relation is stronger? SPSS

In a case control study which asseses effect of A and B factors on C (passing exam 0/1) ( cases are 1 and controls are 0), A and B both have statistically significant (p value lower than .05) relation with C. How can we calculate which of A or B has stronger effect on C ?
(Preferly using SPSS)
