I am thinking about getting married to a man who has always been a cheater and I think that he has made some changes but he is very secretive with his phone and internet site visits and he has been looking at things that is very hurtful to me and said he deleted them but I do not trust him is it ok to ask to go through his phone before I decide to get married

Seriously, you already don't trust him. What makes you think a one-time pass through his phone history is going to do, beyond today? If it even does anything today.
