Let’s all three of us join forces and lead him to embrace and uphold faith in the correct teachings of XYZ religion!
1. Is the sentence OK?
2. Is the part in bold correct? I think it should be Let all three of us. Am I correct?
Thanks
Let's = Let us
Let us three join forces . . .

The sentence is OK. The part in bold is conversational. Many Brits will say things like this. Let's all [both, or number above 2] of us [do something]. Since "let's" is a contraction of "let us", technically "us" is repeated, but that is OK in conversation.
