Any one know about police practices when they miss a head wound at death scene? They already ruled it natural and found out days later that there was small gash on guys head, atm card taken and used to drain account, and glasses were broken.

@Doramia,
Are you writing a book, or are you a part of crime issue? Because if it's the latter, talk to your lawyer.

If it's the former, then give more specific. Police in Toronto are rather different from police in Paris or Brooklyn.

@jespah,
No book. These are actual issues I'm dealing with presently. I don't have a lawyer because I still have faith that the police will find out what happened when they find the people that are draining his account. But I am slowly losing faith. They seem much more interested in proving it was a natural and trying to make me accept it. I don't even know if I need a lawyer yet because they didn't even catch the their yet. I don't even know what kind of lawyer to reach out too. Also, I'm still waiting on autopsy results.....police keep telling they are 100% positive that it will come back "natural". I guess I just have to wait for results and get a private detective.

@Doramia,
You need a criminal lawyer, from what I can see.

@Doramia,
Isn't this usually a matter for a forensic pathologist?

On the ATM, if you are associated with the deceased, why can't the bank block all transactions. I don't think they usually allow withdrawals from accounts of dead people.
