I guess I am actually going to have to pull out my dessert binder and retype it, giving credit of course. Which would be a good idea, keep the recipe alive, it was not all that hard to do, and both spectacular and delicious.

We lost just modestly. All in all it was a fun day. We rode a bus, leaving out at 8 A.M. and getting there at 11:30. In a period of four hours we lost just under a hundred dollars. It was nice just to get out of town and do something different.
