The meatloaf is half pork, half beef, with a great non-alcoholic apple cider from Normandy, Vidalia onion, some bread crumbs, and a touch of good ole fashioned ketchup.

Meatloaf sounds yummy, such a good dish for the fall. When I'm feeling fancy, I carmelize the onions first, but I'm intrigued by cider in the mix. You do add eggs right?

For your birthday present -- I know everybody thinks astrology is silly, but you have such a cool horoscope for this week, I'm jumping in.
