Hi English Teachers,
May I ask if I have used "cultivate" correctly?
There are many software applications that enable a management level to cultivate employees' careers.

Yes, you have used it correctly, however, you should write "the" management level, not "a" management level. Or, alternatively, you would write "a" manager.

It doesn't sound right to me. I've not heard it used in that context. How about

There are many software applications that further career development at management level.


Or There are many software applications, at management level, that further career development.

I would replace "a management level" with either managers or a manager.

Otherwise it is fine.
