My friend's daughter is turning three and she apparently can't use her old infant seat. He asked me for help but I don't really know much about car seats. I do know a bit about mattresses but that's that. Although I'm very embarrassed to admit that to him. Any advice?

Admit you don't know and have him ask his daughter's pediatrician or her friends' parents.
