websites not loading all the way

I am just wondering what may be missing or what happened to make pages not load all the way. I never really had problems with MSN or anything else, but now it will load almost to like 98% but then be missing pictures or icons that should be on the page. It's the same with alot of websites, so I know it's my computer and not the sites. I think maybe something is missing off of my computer or I did something when I did a HijackThis or some other scan.

Please someone tell me why they aren't loading. Thanks for any help.
