When I renewed my nursing licence I had to pay a five dollar fee to fund nurses who did not pay off their student loans. I worked during college and paid all my tuition. I was debt free. Is this constitutional? sounds like socialism to me. Can this be fought legally? .

@dnd,
If you like, feel free to spend a few thousand in legal fees in order to fight a $5 fee.
