Problemes with pubications

Hello, when I click at the top right of a publication, I have no more more access to the usual menu: modify, change the date, delete, etc. .. but a pov ' slim: cancel recording of the publication. Indicate the publication, etc. .. it dramatically want to say that I can more develop this page among which it is the first vocation! Chromium (up to date) and Firefox simultaneously, under Windows 10. And:
why do I have only to share on this page? And not I like and comments.
