irainian painting unknown artist

I have a black and white, what looks like a print of maybe a prostitute and a lady hold the curtain back for her. My grandfather got it when he was stationed in Iran, not sure time frame. It looks like it has a name on the bottom right side Hilu III not quite sure it is hard to make out clearly. I don't know how to upload the picture, any help would be appreciated, thanks.
