Hello--
If I currently have a sole proprietorship registered along with a DBA name, how can I change the ownership of the DBA to a general partnership, so that I can add an additional owner to the business and DBA ? Thanks.

You can find out by just googling "what is a DBA "
The DBA just protects the name of your company. If you want to bring in partners, consult your accountant.
