Bob Dylan, with a song protesting a long prison sentence for getting drunk and causing a fatal accident. Believe it or not, in the mid sixties the song made sense, not so much now. Also covered by Fairport Convention.

This song sold a lot of copies and was heard on the radio frequently. The record company dropped it from the several disc compilation album that covers the two original incarnations of the trio.
