Headache after cochlear implantation

My first answer is to talk to you doctor about that. You'll get more-specific and more-credible answers that way.

But from talking to people who have had cochlear implants (and I've talked to many -- I'm deaf and have considered them seriously, though so far I've decided against it), serious side effects are not universal but also not that unusual. Headaches and vertigo seem to be the ones that come up the most.
