i can't focus !!

exams starts next week and i can't focus even that my parents took my phone away so i can focus on my studies so can anyone please help me . can you give me methodes on how to concentrate and study.

Watching a typ tv prog (in my own tongue of course) I understand hardly half the dialogue and can't follow the story--so looking fwd to responses
