What is the term for using modulation of a whole word or placing emphasis on parts of a word in order to define it.

For example, I may say the word "tiny" with a small squeeky voice when vocalizing it or use smaller text when it is written in order to show the definition.

Another example is emphasizing the "o" in "long" like "looooong" in order to define the word or emphasize its meaning.

In sign language this is done with non manual markers.
