Do American students spend a lot of time studying when they are in college?
Do they struggle to find a job when they leave their university as chinese graduates?

Yes. Some do. Some don't. There are a wide spectrum of students with a wide spectrum of studying ethics.

Many do. Some don't. Few have networking connections. Many don't. Short answer? Many graduates struggle to find jobs (especially jobs relevant to their respective college degrees).
