Is the free anti-viral software Avira any good? How did it work for you.

What are the good and the bad aspects of it.

It's OK, I use it my laptop. There's not a lot to choose between the main antivirus solutions, to be honest. Good aspects include that it is free and has a good reputation, bad aspects, well I can't think of any killers.

Yes. It is good. It has not any bad effects. I'm using Avira for long time to my computer. No harm yet
