ky, I wanted to correct a word you wrote as "breakfirst"
It's actually breakfast; made up of two English words: break and fast.

Break in this case means to end or stop doing something and a fast is a period of not eating. In many religions there are periods of fasting when people stop eating for a certain amount of time.

Over the last 5 centuries breakfast developed into a word to describe the first meal after waking up and before going off to work

English is my second language so I know how difficult it is to learn as Jespah noted.
I hope my explanation makes sense and if anyone cares to add....please do.
