OK so I have 2, 100watt CLF bulbs and 1 50watt CLF bulbs. The box says that the 100watt bulbs only use a total of 23watts to power not sure how many watts the 50watt bulb takes to power. Anyways my question is if all 3 of these lights are running non stop 24 hours a day never being turned off around how much would it raise my electric bill each month and if it would raise it a lot would it be enough to attract the attention of local authority.

They won't use a whole lot of power and you'll hardly notice it on your electric bill, but I don't think that's enough light to grow your dope.
