Outsourcing?

I don't come across negative attitude to outsourcing IT work very often, but it's still interesting to hear what people have to say against it. I know that some are concerned with the loss of domestic jobs because offshore workers are cheaper and equally capable as domestic workers. But that's more a question of morality. I wonder what else can keep you from employing an offshore worker…
