I get these posts in my feed about an account that I don't follow or know what it is a tried to block them and mute them and I still get them. Here's a picture of what it is

Those look like they may be sponsored tweets. Companies pay big $$ to advertise on Twitter this way and, no, you can't get rid of this stuff.
