Seems this young Norwegian artist has caused quite a stir by being open about things, as Scandinavians are known for and for delivering a song that might be rather controversial to many, breaking traditional female stereotypes that few question. Would be interesting to hear what you people overseas think, if you've heard it.
I think it's cool, the lyrics might not be sympathetic but they're honest. What do you think?

I see nothing wrong with it, I like the song!
Read some posts at a lyrics site, there was quite a heated debate going on over there about certain references.
Wether people like it or not, there will be "suggestive lyrics" in almost any song. If you watch a show on VH1, they ask the bands what the songs were about and they give you 3 guesses, all of which sound reasonable. And it's always the oddest one... ANYWHO.. I like the song, its cute, I even dedicated it to a guy i like cause the chorus was pretty much how it is between me and him. so..lol..I think they're fine. People just worry to much. Always wanting something to argue about.

Breaking female stereotypes is always-- well, usually--; yet, I see this a typical fare, with little different to the usual at all.
This is a great line:

lol she's pretty(I'm with pessimism I may be a chick but who cares, I'm saying it in a non lezbo way.) but I could almost swear in one scene of the music video it looked she has a mustache that she shaves...

Allright guys. I'm norwegian. I've heard this song thousands of times, and read about it in magazines etc. There's a whole story about this song (and the girl aswell). She made it for a friend of her. And yeah, norwegian girls are honest!
Cool that you guys overseas are getting to know norwegian music. Does the name "Sondre Lerche" sound familiar too?
