Do You Gravitate Towards being Generalist or Specialist?

And why?

I do only enough specializing needed to pay the bills or take care of my family, otherwise I would rather be a generalist. I have a voracious curiosity of many many things, not unrarely odd things, there are lots of itches to scratch.
