I woke up one day to be constantly aroused without any stimulation or thoughts. I cant do my day-to-day task as effectively as i once had, i cant sit down for more then 1 hour in a hard surface, basically my school life is fucked. The worst part is I cant seem to get any doctor to believe me, I'm being told to go to a psychiatrist in case of a mental disorder. Just putting this out, hitting climax does not satisfy it, it makes it way worst.

How literally do you mean "constantly"? If you have had a constant erection for four weeks, I'd expect a) that your doctor couldn't have failed to acknowledge it, and b) for your penis to have fallen off by now.

No I do not mean constant erections, i mean the state of arousal is permanent for me. I do get erections frequently but they aren't permanent, this isn't priapism. My doctor didn't neccesary fail to acknowledge it but he mentions he never had a patient that gets this and got me refered to an hospital doctor that just did MRI's and nothing showed and made me go home. The only thing I know is anxiety worsen it by alot. And by constantly I mean 24/7, the only relief i get is sleep, even then I need to take pills to go to sleep now because of this.
