Hello,
My bf forgot his password for his hotmail account, and has been trying to get into it for over a week now. He emailed msn(maybe the wrong place) and they haven't replied back to him at all. He's wrote 2 or 3 letter now, and no response. Is there a different address he should mail to perhaps get his account back? Thanks!

I think, though, if it was a regular free Hotmail account which had not been accessed in a while - something like 90 days or 6 months, mebbe, it might have been deleted.
Thanks. The account has been actively used up until he changed his password, then forgot it.
